The BC Health Guide Worksheet (created by Steve Stone)

For those of you that want to get ahead in your class, I've added a link that you can download something called the BC Health Guide Worksheet for Lifeguards. This is a worksheet designed for lifeguards. Some of the information we'll be covering in class, other is just really good to know as a lifeguard. The instructions are on the sheet, however all the answers to each question can be found in the BC Health Guide which was distributed to households about a year ago. If you don't have one, you can access all the information on the BC Health Guide Website at http://www.bchealthguide.org/kbase/default.htm.

Note: Some instructors may want to allow students to submit this for bonus marks
